Assistant Cook

Regina works hand-in-hand with our head cook and helps prepare nutritious meals for Pendo school children. Her main responsibilities are helping prepare food, ensuring all necessary food ingredients or tools are ready for use, and assisting with smooth food service operations. She oversees the kitchen in the absence of our head cook and also deals with our local small-scale farmers who supply and deliver farm produce to our school.
