Mo, as he is fondly known is a doer first, with the mandate, credentials, and desire to act as well as advise. Within his role at Pendo International Projects, he acts as an “Advisor”, and as an “Engineer”.

CSO - as an “Advisor”; Mo helps formulate our organization’s strategy by framing clear strategic choices, soliciting the perspectives of Pendo’s senior leaders, and articulating a comprehensive corporate strategy that outlines a clear path forward.

CSO - as an “Engineer”; Mo is responsible for driving the implementation of the strategy at Pendo. Distinct from the Advisor’s responsibility of helping to formulate the corporate strategy, when acting as an Engineer, he helps define the overall strategic planning process, shepherd Pendo through the process, and monitor the execution of the strategies against the plan. Currently, Mo is the President & CEO of Ducis Engineering Inc.
